Thank you for choosing Ivaa Xperia!

Our warranty card covers your Ivaa Xperia home diffuser system (“System”) for two (2) years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What is covered under warranty:

• The diffuser unit itself, including the base, aroma chamber, and nozzle.
• The USB cable.

What is not covered under warranty:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or improper care.
• Damage caused by natural disasters.
• Damage caused by the use of unauthorized fragrances or cleaning solutions.
• Damage caused by modifications or repairs made by anyone other than Ivaa Xperia authorized service providers.

To obtain warranty service:

1. 1. Please contact Ivaa Xperia customer support at +91 8655321536
   2. Confirm the availability of your original purchase receipt and a description of the problem.
   3. Ivaa Xperia team will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the System.
   4. Once the System is received and inspected, Ivaa Xperia team will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the System.
